About the role

  • Lead Manager Campaign Ops at Reynolds American managing front-end development using Adobe Experience Manager. Focused on optimizing consumer-facing components across multiple brand websites.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, and maintain website experiences across multiple Reynolds brand sites using Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Translate complex UI/UX designs into responsive, high‑performing front‑end interfaces with high accuracy.
  • Ensure all digital experiences meet accessibility standards and deliver seamless, intuitive user experiences.
  • Bridge design and development teams by effectively converting visual concepts into scalable technical solutions.
  • Contributes to a diverse and inclusive high performing team with a relentless focus on talent development.
  • Ensures compliance with governmental, company, and departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including components, templates, Adobe Asset Library, Moderation Tool, and Experience Fragments.
  • Equivalent experience with similar CMS platforms—such as Sitecore, Salesforce, Oracle, WordPress, or Contentful—will be considered.
  • Knowledge of AEM back-end basics and accessibility standards, performance tools (Lighthouse), and agile methodologies.
  • Adobe certifications in AEM are a plus.
  • 4–8+ years in front-end/web development, with 2–5+ years specifically in AEM working with service providers and external partnerships.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, credibility, and influencing skills.
  • Working experience within project management supporting internal and external stakeholders to solve complex problems; navigating ambiguity, risk, and roadblocks.
  • Excels in a fast-paced environment while holding self/others accountable.
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry is considered nice to have.
