About the role
- Java Developer tasked with transitioning low-code solutions to Java-based services at Mindera. Collaborating with product, UX, and DevOps teams for effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern Java-based services using clean architecture and best practices.
- Contribute to the migration or replacement of low-code platforms (e.g., PowerApps) with custom-built, maintainable solutions.
- Build APIs and backend services that integrate with Microsoft ecosystem components during the transition phase.
- Support hybrid solutions during migration phases while reducing dependency on low-code tooling over time.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java and modern Java frameworks (Spring Boot or similar).
- Experience working with or replacing low-code platforms such as PowerApps.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Logic Apps, and Function Apps.
- Basic familiarity with React and ability to quickly adapt to new frontend frameworks.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, integration patterns, and cloud-native design.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of observability practices (logs, metrics, tracing).
