- Configure and improve Jira Service Management workflows and automations
- Support GitHub-based workflows, including repositories, pull requests, and basic CI concepts
- Contribute to process improvements through automation in: Jira, GitHub, AWS (awareness level, guided by seniors)
- Learn and apply DevOps best practices in a real engineering environment
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant higher education program (e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technologies, or similar)
- Strong interest in DevOps, automation, and software delivery
- Comfortable working with GitHub and basic Git workflows
- Familiar with or eager to learn Jira Service Management, including automation rules
- Basic understanding or awareness of AWS and cloud concepts
- Comfortable working in English (official working language)
