Responsibilities
You advise companies on the development and implementation of their IT strategy
You define and advise our clients on their IT sourcing activities (outsourcing, cloud, multi-vendor/provider management)
You analyze IT areas to identify components that can be outsourced and determine which areas should be retained as internal core competencies
You define target architectures and the Target Operating Model (TOM)
You support and lead the design of the target solution, the selection of providers, as well as the transition and transformation activities
You conduct market analyses, manage supplier selection, support the selection of IT service providers for our clients, and assist in contract negotiations
As a project manager, you independently steer our client projects, take on topics that interest you, develop specializations and continuously expand your knowledge
In addition, you build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and partners and actively contribute to expanding our client portfolio and acquiring new clients
Requirements
Several years of relevant professional and project experience, e.g., in (IT) strategy consulting, and experience in the functional and/or disciplinary leadership of (smaller) project teams
Experience in project leadership and governance in IT strategy and IT sourcing environments
Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, application management and IT security, as well as ITIL and SIAM
Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, computer science or a comparable field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and presentation techniques
Business-fluent German and English (spoken and written)
Willingness to travel
