About the role

  • Event Production Coordinator for Messe Berlin managing technical event productions and logistics. Collaborating with teams to ensure quality and compliance for exhibitions and events.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive consultation to event organizers on the organizational and technical implementation of their requirements
  • Coordinate and manage the technical production of events and all involved trades/vendors
  • Lead cross-disciplinary production teams and monitor and ensure a smooth production process
  • Oversee quality and ensure compliance with safety standards and legal regulations in the context of events
  • Responsible for budget planning and control and for the continuous improvement of production processes

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in Event Management, Event Technology, or a comparable qualification — or several years of relevant professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in technical event production, preferably in the trade fair or events sector
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills
