Responsibilities
- Develop physical, schematic, and wiring drawings with CAD software from sketches, vendor data, drawing templates, verbal instructions, and notes provided by engineering.

- Participate in product design and process improvement initiatives.
- Understand and apply industry drawing standards.
- Follow division drafting procedures and work instructions.
- Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to design and detail components and systems.
- Review drawings of others for adherence to company standards.
Requirements
- Associates degree in drafting or design technologies with a minimum 5 years of drafting and design experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge of 3D drawing systems and techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of industry standards for drawings including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
- Ability to read and create technical drawings, blueprints, schematics and material.
- Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office products and drafting software.
