Responsibilities
- You advise our clients from asset-intensive industries (e.g., water or energy network operators) on strategic and organizational issues and, together with your team, develop creative solutions for complex challenges.
- The focus is on applying classic strategy consulting methods.
- You structure complex problem areas, analyze relevant data, and derive actionable recommendations (benchmarking, variance analyses, SWOT analyses, etc.).
- You communicate with stakeholders at all levels, present project results, and develop solutions.
- You act as a trusted and competent point of contact for our clients and build your own professional network.
- You drive internal projects forward with your creative ideas and contribute to company-wide knowledge building.
Requirements
- At least two years of practical experience in management and strategy consulting
- A university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with a strong academic record in a business or technical discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Psychology, Civil Engineering, Energy and Process Engineering, ...)
- Analytical and conceptual skills as well as strategic, pragmatic and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong communication skills and excellent German and English language skills
- Confident demeanor and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
- Willingness to travel to advise clients on site
