Responsibilities
- Verantwortung für die Component Library: Du übernimmst die Leitung beim Aufbau, der Pflege und Skalierung unserer internen Component Library.

- Design-to-Code Excellence: Du agierst als technischer Mentor für Frontend-Komponenten.
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit modernen Frontend-Frameworks (z. B. React, Vue)
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis von UX-Gesetzen (Fitts's Law etc.) und State-Management in komplexen Anwendungen
- Design- & KI-Tooling: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Figma und weißt, wie man moderne KI-Tools (z. B. GitHub Copilot, Cursor oder Figma AI) effizient nutzt, um deine Entwicklungsgeschwindigkeit und Code-Qualität zu steigern
- Das „User Advocate“-Mindset: Du schreibst Code nicht nur, um Spezifikationen zu erfüllen, sondern um Probleme der Spieler zu lösen
- Abteilungsübergreifende Kommunikation: Du kannst die Aussage „User finden diesen Button verwirrend“ in eine technische Strategie für ein UI-Overhaul übersetzen
