Responsibilities
Develop, implement and execute strategic sales plans for CloudCare
Manage the full sales cycle
Oversee channel partners/distributors
Contribute to go-to-market strategies and pricing models for digital solutions
Leverage experience to understand customer workflows
Integrate digital offerings into clinical pathways
Address healthcare challenges and articulate the value of digital health solutions tailored to diverse stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments
Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and customer support teams
Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver regular pipeline and forecast reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or related field
3–8 years’ experience in medical device or digital health sales
Understanding of healthcare systems, procurement processes, and clinical workflows in the BeneLux
Experience selling SaaS, health IT, or digital platforms (for digital-specific roles)
Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with an entrepreneurial mindset, leveraging out-of-the-box thinking, problem-solving abilities, and business acumen to drive impactful outcomes
Fluent Dutch and English. French and or German are a (very) nice to have.
