Responsibilities
Monitor security alerts daily and establish a routine for handling them, from diagnosis through remediation.
Handle alerts (antivirus, intrusion attempts, fraudulent emails, etc.) in coordination with the affected users.
Contribute to incident management and lead security action plans, including internationally when necessary.
Perform scheduled technical audits (within the first 3 to 6 months).
Take ownership of and update internal security policies, which largely need to be rebuilt.
Participate in risk analyses and remediation plans.
Work closely with the DPO.
Structure and document all security processes (procedures, guides, routines).
Administer and maintain Microsoft environments and the IT infrastructure alongside the Network & Cybersecurity Administrator.
Ensure continuity of service (functional backup).
Communicate security topics in plain language (e.g., MFA, best practices) to all staff.
Explain risks, stakes, and the reasons behind implemented measures in simple terms.
Support users in adopting security practices.
Requirements
You can handle a cybersecurity alert end-to-end (analysis, contact with the user, risk assessment, corrective action).
You can structure and write clear, systematic security procedures that others can use.
You can respond quickly during an incident, coordinate with field teams, and execute a complete action plan.
You take initiative, look for solutions, propose actions and act without waiting for detailed instructions.
You communicate quickly, clearly and effectively in the event of a cybersecurity emergency.
You can explain technical concepts in plain language (e.g., MFA) and convince non-technical audiences.

You cannot manage your priorities autonomously, make trade-offs, and act on what matters without supervision.
