Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise leadership for the strategy, governance, and execution of McKesson’s finance transformation agenda
- Drive large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives that modernize finance processes, operating models, and enabling technologies
- Ensure strong financial controls, audit readiness, and measurable business outcomes
- Translate enterprise finance strategy into executable transformation roadmaps
- Lead transformation through Directors, Senior Managers, and cross-functional teams
- Build relationships with enterprise leadership and manage strategic relationships with consulting partners and vendors
Requirements
- Typically requires 13+ years of professional experience
- 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, MBA or Advanced Degree preferred
- 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, finance transformation, or business operations
- 7+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale initiatives
- Demonstrated experience driving complex transformation programs in a large, matrixed organization
- Experience with ERP transformations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), financial close automation, or enterprise finance platforms
- Strong understanding of controllership, internal controls, and SOX compliance
- Consulting or advisory background supporting finance transformation initiatives
- Healthcare, distribution, or highly regulated industry experience
