- In meetings it's about the design concept. You present your proposal: factual, confident, and substantive.
- Later comes the technical review. You plan so that even complex implementations are error-free and can be carried out quickly.
- Your contribution to first-class design in complex projects.
- You develop design solutions that are visually compelling — clear, on-brand, and production-ready.
- You coordinate large volumes of assets, track versioning, document thoroughly, and ensure nothing gets lost in the project — not even during the final polish.
- You maintain an overview of layout, approval, and production processes, and coordinate closely with project management, technical teams, and vendors — always with an eye on feasibility, quality, and timing.
- You create accurate cost estimates, review production costs, and monitor budgets.
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a comparable design qualification
- Several years of professional experience in design projects, ideally in event, trade show, or corporate contexts
- Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), complemented by proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Structured, self-directed working style — you keep an overview even with complex project structures and high volumes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design decisions clearly and confidently to clients and the team
- Experience with AI-assisted tools or interest in learning new technologies
- Very good German language skills; English fluent in spoken and written form.
