Senior Graphic Designer responsible for corporate design projects, ensuring visual clarity and functionality. Collaborating closely with project management and technical teams for best outcomes.
Responsibilities
One detail still isn't right. You adjust the typography, run the file through your AI tool, and check compatibility with the rest of the set.
400 assets may sound like a lot. You know exactly where each one is, which version it is, and what feedback it contains.
You give clear recommendations and make decisions where necessary.
In meetings it's about the design concept. You present your proposal: factual, confident, and substantive.
Later comes the technical review. You plan so that even complex implementations are error-free and can be carried out quickly.
Your contribution to first-class design in complex projects.
You develop design solutions that are visually compelling — clear, on-brand, and production-ready.
You coordinate large volumes of assets, track versioning, document thoroughly, and ensure nothing gets lost in the project — not even during the final polish.
You maintain an overview of layout, approval, and production processes, and coordinate closely with project management, technical teams, and vendors — always with an eye on feasibility, quality, and timing.
You create accurate cost estimates, review production costs, and monitor budgets.
Requirements
Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a comparable design qualification
Several years of professional experience in design projects, ideally in event, trade show, or corporate contexts
Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), complemented by proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Structured, self-directed working style — you keep an overview even with complex project structures and high volumes
Strong communication skills and the ability to present design decisions clearly and confidently to clients and the team
Experience with AI-assisted tools or interest in learning new technologies
Very good German language skills; English fluent in spoken and written form.
Benefits
Respectful collaboration: flat hierarchies, appreciative leadership, and transparent decision-making — here what matters is what you can do, not your title.
Real flexibility: no core working hours, home office, and in many positions remote work — for more freedom in your job.
Learning & development that’s fun: whether Learning Weeks with top speakers, AI courses on our Switch platform, or LinkedIn trainings including a paid photoshoot — we want to help you grow.
A culture that connects: foosball evenings, team challenges, our large annual Celebrate party, and regular feel-good initiatives — for community and team spirit.
International projects with a wow factor: our talents work on exciting projects — from Vienna to Madrid to Namibia — offering constantly new and exciting challenges.
Mental health & wellbeing in focus: with OpenUp we offer access to talks with psychologists, coaching, and meditation sessions — because your mental health matters to us.
Sustainability with real impact: our CSR team runs cleanup actions, donation projects, our MCI book club, and much more — because sustainable action is a mindset, not a trend.
Equality is a given: we offer fair pay bands and no gender pay gap — equal opportunity and diversity are a lived reality here.
An office that feels like home: modern technology, cozy seating areas, phone booths, a swing seat — we provide everything so you can reach your full potential.
Oh, and your furry friend is welcome too!
More than just a salary: 30 days' vacation for full-time, paid special leave, company bike leasing (JobRad), subsidy for the Deutschlandticket — so you get the support you want.
Family-friendly in practice: we know family comes first. Whether parental leave, childcare subsidies, or short-term time off — we support you so you can be there for your family without compromising your career.
