About the role
- Account Executive supporting the Client Services Team in delivering creative packaging projects. Assisting with project management, client relationships, and internal documentation while ensuring high standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the management and delivery of projects
- Support the Client Services Team in producing estimates, timings, and resource plans in response to client briefs.
- Assist with the production of detailed briefs for the creative team.
- Develop a relationship with clients.
- Work closely with the CS Team to monitor projects, helping to ensure they are delivered to agreed scope, timings, budget.
- Understand the broader requirements of the accounts they are involved in and find helpful ways to contribute to their successful delivery.
- Support the CS team by taking ownership of invoicing, POs, and other internal process admin.
- Ensure clear internal and external communication is maintained between all parties, acting a first point of contact for clients.
- Ensure that all documentation, costings, briefs, scopes, and presentations are of the highest possible standard.
- Be positive and a force for good in the team – even when faced with difficult problems.
- Build a relationship with clients; good rapport here is key to success of both the delivery process and account development.
- Be responsible for ensuring that relevant clients and account team members are kept up to date on project developments: changes in timings, costs and any issues arising.
- Ensure that internal and client signoffs are obtained on all key project deliverables.
- Build an understanding of SGK and the client's industry, business, and products.
- Learn to develop creative judgment and strive for the best work every time.
