Responsibilities
- Plans, monitors, and reports project status and performance data to management and stakeholders
- Participates in Executive level multi-stakeholder conflict resolution and avoidance
- Monitors, manages, and develops risk mitigation plans
- Conducts detailed analysis and data mining to identify, measure, monitor, validate, and enumerate existing and emerging risks and opportunities
- Provides thought leadership in continuous improvement of methodology and/or selection of tools
- Implements infrastructure and processes to enable deployment against project demands
- Manages a small team or provides guidance/lead complex initiatives
- Ensures team goals and roles are consistent with high-performance requirements
Requirements
- BS degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in Project Management, Construction Management, or Engineering
- Experience managing mid-scale projects and advanced knowledge of construction and utility industry practices
- Understanding of Critical Path Scheduling software and MS Office Suite
- PMP certification
- Complex problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and able to adapt to complex schedules and changes
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Must be highly adaptable to new processes and procedures.
