About the role

  • Manager of Marketing & PR at Marquee Brands driving brand storytelling and integrated marketing strategies for visibility. Collaborating with teams to execute seasonal marketing campaigns and enhance relevance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the VP of Marketing in developing integrated marketing strategies that reinforce brand positioning and drive relevance
  • Help ideate and execute seasonal marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s product, creative and brand DNA
  • Collaborate with Creative, Social, and Brand teams to ensure consistent, on-brand execution across all touchpoints
  • Stay connected to consumer trends, cultural moments and industry shifts that inform and elevate campaign development
  • Build internal marketing guides, retailer decks and global toolkits to support consistent adoption across markets
  • Lead media outreach, pitching and day-to-day communication with PR agencies, editors, stylists and cultural partners
  • Manage global and national media lists, shaping pitch strategy across fashion, lifestyle, sport, culture and entertainment verticals
  • Cultivate relationships with editors, stylists, publicists and industry tastemakers
  • Oversee sample trafficking, media requests, seeding programs, gifting and celebrity placements
  • Support the development of seasonal press materials including releases, media alerts, narratives and messaging docs
  • Track VIPs, creators, athletes and emerging cultural voices for dressing and brand opportunities
  • Support press events, previews, partnerships and campaign activations in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners
  • Oversee media monitoring, daily coverage tracking and monthly reporting
  • Stay informed on industry news, cultural shifts and emerging opportunities to drive earned visibility

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in PR, marketing or brand communications, preferably within a PR agency or fashion, lifestyle, sport or streetwear brand
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape with proven experience pitching and securing placements
  • Ability to balance marketing strategy with fast-paced PR execution
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities across brand, categories and timelines
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and work cross-functionally
  • Passion for culture, sport, fashion, new media and emerging trends
  • Self-starter with initiative, ownership and accountability for delivering outcomes.
