About the role

  • Project Manager/Coordinator handling photovoltaic projects from planning to completion at MARCLEY. Collaborating with partners to ensure timely and quality implementation of energy transition goals.

Responsibilities

  • Technical and commercial project management, from cost estimation through to operation of PV systems and storage solutions
  • You take responsibility for successfully managing our photovoltaic projects from planning through to handover
  • You work closely with subcontractors, customers and colleagues to ensure smooth project execution
  • You monitor schedules, budgets and quality standards to ensure our projects meet the highest requirements
  • You are responsible for supporting and implementing our pilot projects and for developing standards for future project execution
  • You coordinate with grid operators, metering point operators and other relevant partners to ensure smooth commissioning
  • You supervise construction sites on location, check execution quality and ensure that all safety and electrical regulations are observed
  • You document construction progress and technical details to ensure transparent project delivery.

Requirements

  • You have experience managing photovoltaic projects and possess solid technical knowledge of renewable energy or building services engineering
  • Ideally, you are familiar with technical planning, sizing and the installation of PV systems (DC and AC sides)
  • You identify challenges early, find pragmatic solutions and work in a structured, solution-oriented and reliable manner
  • You are strong in communication and can explain technical issues clearly and understandably to both customers and partners
  • You bring initiative and a hands-on mentality, keep an overview under time pressure and actively get involved on site
  • You can adapt flexibly to the dynamic requirements of a start-up
  • A completed vocational training or degree in electrical engineering, renewable energies, civil engineering or comparable qualifications is an advantage
  • Driver’s license (class B) and willingness to travel.
