Responsibilities

Requirements
Minimum 7 years' experience in sales, enablement, or coaching roles in financial services
Deep understanding of broker/advisor distribution, sales cycles, and client relationship management
Proven experience leading performance improvement programs or coaching frameworks at a national level
Strong facilitation, communication, and influence skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams
Analytical capability to interpret data and connect insights to business outcomes
Experience managing or mentoring others to deliver consistent coaching practices
Demonstrated understanding of compliance, regulatory, and risk frameworks within a banking context
High emotional intelligence and ability to balance coaching with accountability
Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive presence
Experience using Salesforce and data analytics tools (Power BI preferred).
