About the role
- Integrate AI-powered solutions into Siemens NX CAM software enhancing manufacturing productivity. Collaborate with CTO and engineering team, focusing on automation algorithms and product refinement.
Responsibilities
- You will interface Manukai’s solutions with Siemens NX CAM software.
- Develop automation algorithms.
- Build algorithms to solve complex geometric problems.
- Maintain high software quality and sustainable development practices.
- Review code developed by other team members and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., accuracy, testability, efficiency, and style).
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a quantitative field.
- Good knowledge of (object-oriented) programming languages such as Python, C++, and C# / .NET.
- Experience with CAM software development (e.g., Siemens NX CAM, Mastercam, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of geometric principles.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Good understanding of version control, testing, continuous integration, build, deployment, and monitoring.
- Advantageous: Experience with Siemens NX CAM
- Knowledge of computer vision algorithms.
