About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and expanding the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials and finished goods.
- Establishing new supplier relationships and expanding existing ones.
- Operational procurement — from placing purchase orders (POs) and ensuring on-time delivery (ETA) to invoice verification and processing.
- Managing service levels and supplier performance, including delivery planning and total cost analysis.
- Organizing and optimizing processes at both strategic and operational levels.
- Using all available digital systems and expert-level Excel analysis skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; alternatively, an equivalent vocational qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or in management/strategy consulting.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to assert yourself.
- Resilient, highly motivated, with a structured way of working.
- Team player with reliable and confident communication in German and English.
- Permanent residence in Berlin.
