Responsibilities
Active management and expansion of our distribution network in Central Germany
Strengthening relationships with decision-makers at various levels
Acquisition of new retail partners and ensuring optimal product distribution
Conducting sales meetings and negotiations in retail
Regular visits to retail outlets
Training retail staff on our products
Implementation of promotions and marketing activities
Requirements
Completed commercial/business education or equivalent
Strong field sales experience and retail background are core to your profile
Solid knowledge of the FMCG market in the DACH region
Experience in pet specialty retail (zoo trade) or selling products that require explanation (consultative sales) is a plus
Fluent German (minimum C1)
Permanent residence in Central Germany (Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, southern Lower Saxony, eastern Hesse)
