About the role

  • Power Platform Developer enhancing client business processes using Microsoft technologies like Power Apps and Power Automate. Responsible for building apps and workflows while collaborating closely with project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) to improve clients' business processes
  • Build apps and workflows, integrate data sources and backend systems, and extend existing applications
  • Model data in Dataverse and ensure clean architecture and performant integrations
  • Integrate Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint and Teams into solutions
  • Use Copilot Studio and AI features to equip applications with intelligent functionality
  • Work closely with project teams and clients, understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent IT qualification
  • Hands-on experience in Power Platform development, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
  • Initial experience with Copilot Studio or Azure AI
  • Confident programming skills (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, C# or SQL)
  • Structured, solution-oriented work style and the ability to deliver clean, maintainable code
  • Excellent German language skills (C1) and good English (B2)
  • Ideally Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600, AI-900) or a plan to obtain them soon
