About the role

Responsibilities
- Project management and overall control, coordination, and monitoring of complex projects in the travel, transport, and logistics environment
- Maximizing efficiency through analysis and (re-)definition of our clients' processes
- Analyzing data and defining meaningful KPIs for effective reporting
- Tracking project status and regularly reporting project results to various stakeholders
- Implementing new solutions after assessing the requirements of all stakeholders
- Independently managing work packages
- Developing concepts and strategies together with our clients
- Conducting workshops with our clients
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience
- Advanced analytical skills
- Practical experience with MS Excel / PowerPoint
- Experience with MS Project
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Technical understanding
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work in changing work environments and be flexible
