About the role

Join Luminor as a Windows Server Engineer to manage and optimize Windows-based banking infrastructure. Contribute to security and performance in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on engineering work on Windows Server environments.
Implement and maintain security best practices, including patching and hardening.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
Solve problems and actively engage in incident resolution.
Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools.
Propose and implement improvements to infrastructure and processes.
Manage systems’ lifecycle: updating, patching, upgrading, and optimization.
Handle configuration management and Infrastructure as Code.
Deliver work in a timely manner while adhering to regulatory policies and procedures.

Proven experience with Windows Server administration in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and related technologies.
Experience with AD/Azure integration.
Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Understanding of security principles and compliance standards.
Experience in building and managing Infrastructure as Code.
Ability to analyze existing infrastructure and troubleshoot incidents.
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.
