About the role
- Sr. FP&A Manager managing financial activities and leading FP&A objectives for Nava. Overseeing Capex management, forecasting, and business analytics in a global setting.
Responsibilities
- Leading the Nava FP&A team in delivering Nava FP&A objectives
- Managing Financial Activities like AOP, Quarterly Forecast, Monthly Close
- Capex management - forecasting, CAR management, ROI analysis
- Headcount and PR approvals
- Standard Product Cost setting, Actual Product Costing
- Partnering with the treasury team on Cash Flow Forecasting
- Scrap reduction tracking and analysis, Inventory tracking and analysis
- Business Partnering to Nava Operations teams
- Collaborating with Corporate teams
- Regular and Ad hoc Reports requested by Corporate Functions and/or Operation teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of working experience, including MNCs
- Global or Regional headquarters experience
- US listed company experience is preferred
- No less than 5 years of experience in FP&A
- No less than 3 years of experience of Product Costing
- Manufacturing process knowledge
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP (SAP is acceptable), Microsoft Office Suite
- Tableau will be a plus
- People Management Experience is a must
- Business Result Oriented, Open minded, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
