Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions on AWS using modern technologies
- Champion infrastructure as code using Terraform and cloud automation
- Design for resiliency, scalability, and optimal performance
- Lead full stack development initiatives spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of onshore and offshore developers
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery of complex, multi-team initiatives
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and architectural designs
- Track and report on KPIs, metrics, and team performance
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in:
- Backend: Python, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture
- Frontend: Modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Database: SQL and NoSQL technologies
- Cloud: AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
- Experience architecting and maintaining enterprise-scale cloud solutions
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
