Responsibilities
- Betreuung unserer Klienten in allen Qualitätsthemen – von der Beratung bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung
- Aktive Mitwirkung an unternehmensweiten Projekten mit engen Klienten-Zusammenarbeit
- Organisation und Steuerung zentraler Qualitätsprozesse wie das CAPA-System und das SOP-Wesen
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Abweichungen (Deviations) und Change Control-Vorgängen
- Durchführung interner Audits, Subcontractor-Audits sowie Lieferantenqualifizierungen eigenverantwortlich
- Eigenständige Leitung von Projekten innerhalb der Qualitätsabteilung
- Unterstützung der Funktion der nach § 52a AMG verantwortlichen Person und deren Vertretung bei entsprechender Qualifikation
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Natur- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften (z. B. Biowissenschaften, Pharmazie, Chemie, Medizintechnik, Biotechnologie) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Alternativ abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung sowie Weiterqualifizierungen in der pharmazeutischen Industrie und im Qualitätswesen
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement unter GDP/GMP-Richtlinien oder im Umfeld von Medizinprodukten
- Idealerweise Auditerfahrung und entsprechende Qualifizierung als Auditor/in (m/w/d)
- Sicher in der Erstellung qualitätsrelevanter Dokumente wie SOPs, Auditberichte sowie CAPA- und Change-Dokumentationen – sowohl in deutscher als auch in englischer Sprache
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Niveau C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. Niveau B2/C1)
