Graphic Designer driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group in creating regional creative assets. Partner closely with Marketing Manager on end-to-end project execution in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Act as a key creative partner for the Creative and Marketing teams, supporting the design and delivery of regional assets across digital, print, packaging, POS, email, social, and promotional materials.
Design and produce high-quality creative assets end-to-end, from concept through to final production, across both digital and print formats.
Support creative operations by helping manage project flow, schedules, and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and briefs are complete.
Lead or support design sprints and campaign development for global and regional initiatives in collaboration with Regional Marketing teams.
Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines, using global toolkits to localise assets in English, French, and Spanish.
Collaborate with the wider Creative Services team on multi-discipline projects including product launches, new brands, and key campaigns.
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in graphic and web design, ideally within a fast-paced marketing or commercial environment.
A post-secondary diploma in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience) and a strong, contemporary design portfolio.
Solid understanding of typography, layout, and both print and digital production processes.
Proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite and confidence working with Microsoft Office.
Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Clear and effective communication skills, with experience working collaboratively in international or cross-functional teams.
Experience or interest in improving creative efficiency and workflows, including the use of new tools or technologies (desirable).
Experience with retail display, POS design, or multilingual asset localisation (e.g. English/French) is an advantage.
