About the role

• Legalization Analyst focused on licensing processes including AVCB at Lojas Renner S.A. Responsible for ensuring compliance and managing documentation involved in licensing.

Responsibilities

• Act directly on licensing processes for AVCB renewal and advertising licenses;
• Manage and oversee third parties, ensuring deliveries within agreed deadlines;
• Control and monitor legal and operational deadlines of licensing processes;
• Interface with internal areas (engineering, facilities, maintenance, legal, operations, among others) to collect, review and organize required documents;
• Analyze technical and administrative documentation required by licensing authorities;
• Support the organization and follow-up of processes with the Fire Department and city halls;
• Update controls, spreadsheets and licensing status reports;
• Support the identification of risks, pending issues and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in areas such as Engineering, Architecture, Public Management, Occupational Safety.
• Previous experience with licenses and permits, preferably with the issuance and renewal of AVCB (Fire Department Inspection Certificate);
• Knowledge of PPCI (Fire Prevention and Protection Plan) processes;
• Organized, detail-oriented and effective at managing deadlines;
• Good communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external suppliers;
• Analytical and proactive profile with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
