Are you ready to start your career in a friendly, forward-thinking team where your development truly matters? Our Apprenticeship Team is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Apprentice Engagement & Compliance Support Administrator to help us deliver an outstanding experience for every learner.
In this exciting role, you’ll be fully trained and supported as you gain hands-on experience across the entire learner journey, from onboarding new apprentices and maintaining accurate employer information, to ensuring compliance, quality, and excellent communication throughout.
**Key Responsibilities**
Keeping learner and employer data up to date using digital systems.
Building great relationships with stakeholders and supporting them at every stage.
Acting quickly on apprenticeship leads and nurturing opportunities through to enrolment.
Delivering high quality information, advice, and guidance sessions.
Managing contractual agreements and onboarding activities.
Creating and sharing monthly progress reports.
Monitoring inboxes, calendars, workshops, and system updates.
Supporting exam bookings and apprenticeship assessments.
Ensuring safeguarding, Prevent, and Health & Safety processes are always followed.
Taking part in ongoing learning and development, including recording CPD and joining regular 1–2–1 and team meetings.
Requirements
No prior experience? No problem! As an apprentice, you will receive full training. What matters most is your attitude and potential. We are looking for someone who is:
