About the role
- Senior IAM Analyst overseeing identity and access management at Localiza&Co. Leading technical initiatives and supporting strategic security measures for a sustainable mobility future.
Responsibilities
- Technical leadership: Develop and implement IAM architectures and processes, ensuring infrastructure integrity, monitoring, and security.
- Technical contract management: Ensure vendors and solutions meet security and performance requirements.
- Innovation and continuous improvement: Evaluate and implement advanced technologies (e.g., Password Vaults, IDPs, IGA), applying best practices to optimize performance.
- Governance and compliance: Define controls, monitor risks, and perform periodic validations to maintain an up-to-date view of the environment.
- Strategic support: Support company growth by ensuring a secure and seamless experience for employees and partners.
- Support to client areas: Execute support routines and access analyses in accordance with current policies.
- IAM product management: Define tactical objectives aligned with the strategic plan, and communicate vision and metrics (OKRs) to stakeholders and internal teams.
- Needs mapping: Understand user journeys, pain points, and requirements to drive product evolution.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Access Management, IAM, Information Security, or related areas;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to prepare documentation and present to technical and non-technical audiences;
- Experience in IAM/IGA projects covering design, sizing, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and identity management, both on-premises and in the cloud;
- Experience in:

- Self-service access request
- Self-service password management
- Access reviews
- Access control based on business policies, segregation of duties, and risk
- Knowledge of AD/Azure AD
- Knowledge of Office 365 Conditional Access policies
- Knowledge of IAM in AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language;
- Possession of at least one of the following certifications is MANDATORY:
