- Data Analyst optimizing performance metrics at Localiza&Co, ensuring reliability and supporting data-driven strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for analyzing, monitoring and optimizing the company's performance indicators, ensuring the reliability of information and supporting strategic decision-making through structured, consistent, and data-driven analyses.
- Monitor, analyze and consolidate the organization’s strategic, tactical and operational KPIs.
- Work with large volumes of data, ensuring data quality, consistency and integrity.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, management reports and executive analyses in Power BI.
- Structure databases and automate performance monitoring routines.
- Identify trends, deviations and opportunities for improvement in the metrics, proposing action plans.
- Partner with the branch network team to track published results, supporting indicator interpretation and the development of actions to improve performance.
- Ensure alignment and understanding of the numbers with business areas, guaranteeing clear communication of results.
- Promote continuous improvement of BI, optimizing data models, dashboard performance, governance and usability of information.
- Support leaders with critical analyses and strategic recommendations based on data.
- Ensure standardization and governance of management indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed)
- Advanced Excel (handling large datasets, complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, etc.)
- Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development and optimization)
- SQL (queries, data extraction and processing)
- Python for data analysis and process automation is a plus
