Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Security Data and AI Services Lab, focusing on high-value outcomes for customers and partners.
- Champion the adoption of pioneering data security and AI practices, ensuring the lab remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Build and maintain a high-performing, diverse team with expertise in data engineering, AI, compliance and focus on customer needs when it comes to data.
- Ensure robust, agile, and reliable delivery of secure data and AI services 24x7.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, CSO, and business leaders to manage risks related to security data and AI, ensuring alignment with strategy and industry standards.
- Set a collaborative, innovative culture within the lab, promoting ownership, proactive problem-solving, and safe acceleration of AI use cases.
