About the role
- Leads the Programme Management Unit overseeing a team for Light for the World. Ensuring strong contract management and performance monitoring to empower people with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Leitung und Management der Programm-Management-Einheit (PMU) durch direkte Aufsicht über 4-5 Mitarbeitern
- Überwachung der Partnerkoordination und operativen Prozesse in mehreren Ländern
- Aufrechterhaltung der strategischen Aufsicht über alle Partner- und Geberverträge
- Identifizierung, Bewertung und Minderung von vertraglichen und Compliance-Risiken
- Leitung der jährlichen Planungs- und Budgetierungsprozesse
- Sicherstellung von qualitativ hochwertigen und zeitgerechten Berichten an Spender
- Entwicklung, Standardisierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Programmmanagement-Tools und -Systemen
- Überwachung der Gesamtprogramm-Leistung und Analyse des Fortschritts
Requirements
- Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung mit partizipativem und inklusivem Managementstil
- Umfassende praktische Erfahrung im Management großer, multikultureller institutioneller Zuschüsse
- Kenntnisse in Programmplanung, Berichterstattung und Budgetmanagement in Übereinstimmung mit den Anforderungen der Geber
- Masterabschluss (oder gleichwertig) in internationaler Entwicklung, Betriebswirtschaft, Projektmanagement oder verwandtem Bereich
- Vollständige Berufserfahrung in Englisch; Französisch ist von Vorteil.
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Verwaltung großangelegter Programme zur wirtschaftlichen Befähigung in Afrika ist sehr wünschenswert.
