Responsibilities
Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in their assigned offices
Monitor workflow processes, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction and performance measures
Manage financial performance of the assigned practice group
Ensure implementation of all LFST operational and clinical processes and practices
Build a high performing team through selection, training, and performance management of office team members
Directly manage performance and engagement of direct reports
Support in-office clinician engagement activities
Oversee escalated patient complaints and partner with clinical/medical leadership to drive resolution
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience
