- Work closely with product owners and development teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality

- Own the technical product backlog and prioritize technical requirements together with the development team
- Manage and coordinate technical topics such as refactoring, architecture improvements, technical debt and infrastructure
- Evaluate and decide on technical solutions, balancing trade-offs between performance, scalability, maintainability and cost
- Ensure adherence to core development guidelines, coding standards, interfaces and security requirements
- Design and continuously optimize a system architecture covering the full lifecycle — from development and operations to monitoring and fault diagnosis
- Continuously assess and integrate new technologies and technical innovations
- Support teams with technical challenges and decision-making
- Ensure technical quality through active participation in reviews and tests
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Several years of experience in application architecture and development
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java and C#, as well as web technologies
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly convey technical concepts
