Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases for AI agent development
Build and configure AI agents ensuring integration with internal systems
Develop robust prompt engineering strategies and monitoring mechanisms for agents
Test, iterate and validate agent behavior under real-world conditions
Deploy agents into production environments and maintain them post-deployment
Ensure governance, compliance, security and ethical considerations are incorporated into agent design
Document agent specifications, workflow diagrams, user guides, and training materials
Stay current with AI/agent developments and bring best practices into the organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics in AI or related technical field; advanced degree preferred
2-4+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML development, or automation, with at least 1 year working with LLMs and conversational AI
Strong programming proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
Proficient SQL skills for querying, transforming, and joining complex datasets
Understanding of AI agent concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering best practices, and orchestration frameworks
Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS services or similar infrastructure
Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry
Proven ability to integrate disparate systems through APIs
Experience designing for production environments: scalability, reliability, monitoring, error-handling
Strong problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills
