Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases for AI agent development
- Build and configure AI agents ensuring integration with internal systems

- Test, iterate and validate agent behavior under real-world conditions
- Deploy agents into production environments and maintain them post-deployment
- Ensure governance, compliance, security and ethical considerations are incorporated into agent design
- Document agent specifications, workflow diagrams, user guides, and training materials
- Stay current with AI/agent developments and bring best practices into the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics in AI or related technical field; advanced degree preferred
- 2-4+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML development, or automation, with at least 1 year working with LLMs and conversational AI
- Strong programming proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Proficient SQL skills for querying, transforming, and joining complex datasets
- Understanding of AI agent concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering best practices, and orchestration frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS services or similar infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry
- Proven ability to integrate disparate systems through APIs
- Experience designing for production environments: scalability, reliability, monitoring, error-handling
- Strong problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills
