Responsibilities

  • Performing design reviews of civil/structural design components for substation projects.
  • Leading projects and developing junior staff members.
  • Conducting site visits to client substation facilities and occasional travel for client meetings and industry-related events.
  • Ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

  • PE License Required in California, Washington, Oregon -OR- the ability to obtain licensure in these states within 3-12 months.
  • SE licensure is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint & MATHCAD software, required
  • Experience with RISA 3-D, FAD, SAG10, and LPILE software, required
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and MicroStation required
  • Strong analytical and technical writing skills
  • Team player with ability to communicate with clients and staff
