About the role

  • Sales Manager in a leading company for individual LED lighting solutions promoting products to various sectors. Excellent phone sales skills and customer reactivation essential.

Responsibilities

  • You present our brand and products front and center as part of the B2B sales team
  • You manage exciting outbound contacts and proactively reach out by phone to contacts across various industries
  • You reactivate existing customers from our database and generate renewed purchasing interest
  • In initial conversations you qualify potential customers, schedule appointments for follow-up projects, and conduct needs analyses

Requirements

  • Strong enthusiasm for telephone-based new customer acquisition
  • Several years of sales experience that set you apart
  • Passion for remote selling, especially over the phone
  • Customer- and service-oriented approach is a given for you
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Confident negotiation skills
