About the role

  • Sales Manager presenting and selling LED solutions as part of B2B team. Engaging customers and managing outbound contacts while reactivating existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • You will represent our brand and products on the front line as part of the B2B sales team
  • You will manage exciting outbound contacts and proactively reach out by phone to decision makers across various industries
  • You will reactivate existing customers from our database and rekindle their interest in purchasing
  • In initial conversations you will qualify potential customers, conduct needs analyses and arrange appointments for follow-up projects

Requirements

  • Strong enthusiasm for telephone-based new business acquisition
  • Several years of proven sales experience
  • Passion for remote sales, particularly by phone
  • Customer- and service-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Confident negotiation skills
