- Strategic consultant leading complex learning and performance consulting engagements for AI capabilities at Labcorp. Partnering with senior leaders to diagnose needs and design effective solutions across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex performance consulting engagements independently; determine root causes and assess whether learning is the appropriate solution.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments across multiple business units or strategic initiatives.
- Analyze functional capability needs and recommend interventions that address performance and workforce readiness.
- Translate enterprise and business strategies into targeted development solutions.
- Initial focus on developing and enabling enterprise-wide AI knowledge development.
- Design, curate, or recommend advanced and scalable learning solutions (formal, informal, experiential).
- Partner with program managers and subject matter experts to create integrated development pathways aligned to enterprise frameworks.
- Facilitate intake discussions, consult on solution options, and guide leaders toward high-impact interventions.
- Establish success metrics for learning solutions and evaluate their impact using data and stakeholder feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 8+ years of professional experience in learning and development, performance consulting, organizational development, or talent management.
- Proven experience independently leading complex consulting engagements and advising senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose capability gaps and design effective, scalable learning solutions.
- Strong analytical, consultative, and influence skills.
- Expertise and experience in developing enterprise-wide AI Capabilities
