About the role
- Senior Specialist in Integration and Test Engineering focusing on developing automated test procedures and supporting customer testing. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure test execution activities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive system test plans and use cases
- Develop and oversee the creation and execution of automated test procedures
- Identify, record, thoroughly document, and track issues through to resolution
- Debug user-facing GUIs using representative operational data
- Acquire and maintain in-depth expertise on the current system and its operational use
- Analyze test results, detect issues, and collaborate with the development team to track root causes
- Train operators on system usage and provide support for customer testing
- Provide multi-IPT support and facilitate communication between Software, Systems, and Test groups
- Work extended and weekend hours during SI&T phases of the program
- Support the technical SI&T lead in day-to-day activities during ground hardware and software integration and verification
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8-10 years of prior related experience, 2+ years of experience of System Integration and Test (SI&T)
- 2+ years of automation experience
- 2+ years of Linux and Windows systems
- Security+ certification
- Top Secret or TS/SCI Clearance
- Prior experience in automating software GUIs (preferred)
- Familiarity with Eggplant and other automation tools, including proficiency in PowerShell scripting and markup languages (preferred)
- Experience with automation and scripting languages (e.g. Java, Python, Perl, Visual Studio code) (preferred)
- Experience with Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence (preferred)
- Experience using source control tools (preferred)
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams (preferred)
