About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple product development efforts including hardware and software requirements definition
- Manage and validate technical products and systems
- Perform component trade studies, system integration, and performance characterization

- Develop simulations to predict system performance
- Lead design verification testing efforts

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
- Active secret security clearance
- Experience with radar systems development
- Hands on experience in complex radar and weapon system integration
- Experience with whole lifecycle radar system development from conceptual design through to production
- System level design experience
- Experience with and an understanding of aerospace systems
- Experience designing, integrating, and testing typical payloads like sensors into autonomous weapons
- Top secret security clearance
- Experience with MATLAB, LabView, Python, or C/C++/C#
