- Implement real-time connections using Server-Sent Events (SSE) and WebSockets.
- Champion accessibility and ensure interfaces meet WCAG 2.2 standards.
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage versioning strategies, and establish contribution guidelines.
- Drive innovation in feature deployment and manage rollouts for reliability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working as a Front End Engineer on complex, data-rich web applications.
- Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with a focus on building reusable, performant code.
- Experience creating and implementing Design Tokens and component libraries, bridging the gap between Figma/Design and Code.
- Proficiency with Server-Sent Events (SSE) and WebSockets for handling streaming data and real-time state updates.
- Strong understanding of web accessibility, specifically implementing and testing against WCAG 2.2 guidelines.
- Solid experience with Front-End DevOps: building CI/CD pipelines, managing release strategies (rollout/rollback), and strict version control hygiene.
- Ability to translate designed flows and prototypes into pixel-perfect, high-performance client front-ends.
- Fluency in German.
