Responsibilities
Analyze expansion opportunities for new franchises according to corporate strategies, taking into account regional characteristics and peculiarities.
Conduct analyses and prospect properties using tools such as OnMaps and/or through on-site visits.
Prospect potential franchisees, evaluating regional alternatives and proposing actions based on cost analysis and available resources.
Plan the stages of the unit opening process, coordinating travel within the responsible region, internal activities, and events at headquarters and branch offices.
Manage contacts received through the website and update the recruitment system.
Participate in Pre- and Post-Opening Trainings, introductory presentations, business model meetings, and interviews during the opening process stages.
Monitor online study and pre-opening educational materials, ensuring adherence to the established schedule.
Provide feedback to candidates after training and following unit openings.
Request layouts and façades from the responsible department, ensuring documentation deadlines are met.
Contribute to the definition of strategies for franchise network projects and/or new business initiatives.
Keep activity controls up to date, proactively identifying and addressing critical points.
Propose process improvements related to the area of responsibility.
Requirements
Completed higher education degree.
Basic Spanish (desirable).
Intermediate English.
Professional experience in expansion and/or commercial/sales areas.
Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced).
Valid driver's license (CNH) and experience driving on highways.
Experience in school management or in the education sector is considered a differential.
