Responsibilities
Be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of paid media campaigns, both national and local, translating data into strategic insights to ensure accurate tracking of results and to achieve the company's and franchise network's business objectives.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Create, set up and manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads), TikTok and LinkedIn Ads.
Continuous Campaign Optimization: Monitor performance daily, making strategic adjustments to budgets (bids), audience targeting, keywords, creatives and other elements to improve efficiency and scale results.
Analyze the performance of the Kumon website to identify campaign improvement opportunities based on site metrics.
Metrics and KPI Analysis: Track and conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators such as Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate and Return on Investment (ROI).
Regional and Unit Campaign Performance Analysis: Evaluate regional campaigns and unit-specific campaigns for each region/city and develop proposed action plans to achieve results.
Tagging and Tracking: Implement and ensure proper configuration of tracking codes (pixels, tags, UTMs, goals) via Google Tag Manager or other tools to monitor traffic and conversions with maximum accuracy.
Report and Dashboard Generation: Produce detailed reports and visual dashboards to present results, insights and action plans to internal teams and stakeholders, demonstrating the value generated by campaigns.
Based on internal research, identify new audiences, interests, behaviors and search terms with high conversion potential for each campaign's objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree: Statistics / Data Science / Information Systems / Engineering (Computer, Data) / Marketing
Postgraduate: MBA / Graduate studies in Digital Marketing / Growth / Business Analytics / Data Analytics
Courses in Google Analytics, Google Ads (plus)
Languages: Spanish and English (plus)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Advanced Excel and intermediate Power BI
Differential experiences: Management of media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads); Data and metrics analysis (KPIs, ROI, CPL); Web analytics tools (Google Analytics); Tag management (Google Tag Manager); Report and dashboard creation (Looker Studio, Power BI); Excel / Power BI for data analysis.
