About the role

  • Tourism sales consultant guiding customers in cruise-related inquiries by providing personalized travel packages. Ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining relationships with cruise lines.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and support prospective clients and customers on cruise travel
  • Create tailored travel offers and packages
  • Book and manage cruises and associated travel services
  • Maintain customer relationships and develop a base of repeat clients
  • Cooperate with cruise lines and other travel industry partners

Requirements

  • Experience as a travel agent (Tourism clerk) in a travel agency or tour operator
  • Telephone and written advisory skills in English
  • Prior knowledge of cruise lines and cruise ships is desirable
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service and quality
