About the role
- Junior Compliance Analyst supporting internal policies and investigations at Kovi. Collaboratively updating compliance frameworks and conducting training for team members with Kovi's inclusive culture.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and updating of internal Compliance policies, standards and procedures.
- Conduct internal investigations from a Compliance perspective.
- Perform background checks and due diligence on individuals and legal entities.
- Assist in conducting internal training on Compliance and the Code of Conduct.
- Support the team in preparing reports, controls, spreadsheets and KPIs/indicators.
- Monitor internal and external audit requests, organizing evidence and documentation.
- Support the compliance review of third parties, partners and suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, answering basic Compliance-related queries.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Business Administration or related fields.
- Previous experience in Compliance.
- Basic knowledge of Compliance and Internal Controls.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Preferred: experience developing and delivering trainings; managing internal policies and/or the Code of Conduct; knowledge of compliance programs/personal data; courses related to Compliance and internal investigations are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Initiative and proactivity in seeking improvements and innovations.
