About the role

Responsibilities
- Get up to speed on Jalios, ideally within one week
- Actively contribute to client projects from the second week
- Be fully operational after one month
- Master the Jalios solution and its concepts (digital workplace, collaboration, document management...)
- Participate in the functional and technical design of projects
- Analyze user needs and translate them into concrete solutions
- Produce deliverables: specifications, training materials, committee documents
- Support users in adopting the solution (training, assistance)
- Participate in testing and acceptance phases
- Keep up with the solution’s evolution through active technology monitoring
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or from an engineering school
- Proven experience as a functional consultant
- Strong interest in collaboration tools, digital transformation, and user experience
- Knowledge of Jalios Workplace is a real plus but not required
