Responsibilities
We are looking for a tester with a clear approach and critical eye when it comes to our software.
You will be responsible for the design and execution of test plans.
In addition, you take ownership of continuously improving our testing approach, with a strong focus on test automation and smarter, more efficient workflows.
You are also actively involved in the analysis of test results and the reporting thereof.
You are responsible for Quality Assurance: making statements about the quality of our software.
You don’t just execute tests, you actively look for ways to improve how we test.
You take ownership of the testing process, identify bottlenecks, and work on increasing test coverage and automation step by step.
When you encounter problems, you analyze them thoroughly and translate your findings into concrete improvements for our testing workflows and tooling.
Requirements
You have a bachelor’s degree or higher;
You are able to demonstrate vulnerabilities and report them;
You like a challenge and are eager to come up with elegant solutions;
You are comfortable facing the customer and like to help improve their processes;
You have a problem-solving mindset and take ownership: when something can be improved, you take the initiative to make it better, especially in the area of test automation and testing processes;
You work carefully and accurately and have excellent communicative skills, both verbally and in writing;
You have the ability to understand complex processes and to assess risks.
We consider it a plus if you:
Have experience with software developing processes;
Are familiar with the insurance industry;
Have experience with or a strong interest in test automation and improving testing workflows;
Are familiar with data modelling, able to translate information into data structures.
Benefits
A monthly gross salary between € 3.500 and € 5,900 based on 40 hours per week.
