Requirements
- 5+ years in data-centric roles (analyst, developer, architect, consultant).
- Experience functioning as or closely supporting an Agile Product Owner, including backlog management, prioritization, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Degree in a technical or business field; combination of both is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL Data modeling and experience with Data Platforms (Snowflake, Oracle, etc) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data and business architecture, with P&C Insurance and Auto Claims experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills across disciplines and comfortable presenting to executives and operational leaders.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and business outcome-focused.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Experience with Python is recommended but not required.
